Your next run.
Not a plan you'll abandon.

Most training plans are a PDF you download on day one and quietly stop following by week three. CoachMeSimple never gives you a plan. It gives you the next run โ€” and when you've finished it, works out the next one from what actually happened.

๐Ÿƒ One run at a time

No twelve-week schedule to fall behind. One session, sized and paced for the state you're in today.

๐ŸŽฏ Built for the race you entered

A 5K block and a marathon block are not the same block. The long run, the weekly distance and the balance of speed against endurance all follow the distance you picked.

๐Ÿ“ˆ How fast you actually are

A critical-speed model fitted to your own hardest efforts. No questionnaire, no self-assessment, no guessing.

โฑ๏ธ Predictions with a band

At any distance, each with an honest confidence range instead of one flattering number โ€” and a refusal to predict at all from too little running.

๐Ÿ“ Any goal, not just the famous four

5K, 10K, half and marathon โ€” or the 15K in your village, a ten-miler, anything from 1 km to 50 km.

๐Ÿšด The bike counts too

Cycling, rowing and the gym count towards how tired you are, so a hard week off the road means an easier week on it. They never count as running.

โŒš Straight to your wrist

Sent to Apple Watch as a proper guided workout, with interval blocks and a pace alert on every step.

๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ It knows when to stop

Accumulated load, ramp rate and resting heart rate outrank your goal. There is no setting that switches that off.

๐Ÿ”’ Nothing leaves the phone

No account, no server, no subscription. Coaching notes are written by Apple's on-device model. It works in aeroplane mode.

What it looks like

The prescription, the session, and an honest read on whether you're on for your goal.

The Next run screen: a 5.0 km steady session with a target pace range, and the sessions coming after it.
The next run, and what follows it
A structured session broken into warm-up, steady effort and cool-down, each with its own pace band.
Structured work, paced to you
The Progress screen showing projected race time, the time needed today to stay on track, and the target.
Where you're heading
Honesty, on purpose. CoachMeSimple will tell you a marathon prediction is a hypothesis if your longest run is 14 km. It caps how fast your training can ramp however ambitious you set the dial, and it won't let a hard week on the bike buy you extra miles on the road. When a goal is out of reach in the weeks you have, it says so โ€” along with the time that isn't. It's a training tool, not medical advice.
